Contemporary realism best describes my painting style. Throughout my time encountering different painting styles – impressionism, realism, surrealism, modern art- and studying them in my college years, I have gathered various characteristics from them and tried to mold them into something that explains the whole evolution of art and its beauty.

I work primarily with oil on canvas, but also enjoy other mediums. It’s figurative painting that interests me the most as can be seen in my works. Plein air and still life are among my other interests.

From the various elements of art, light influences me the most, in all of my paintings there is an interplay of light and shadows that gives an identity to my work. Brush strokes are the other thing that characterize my paintings and help me achieve the beauty that I have described above.
